Sales/Billing

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
If you choose Credit Card (Stripe) or PayPal Automatic Subscription you are authorizing us to charge your credit card or PayPal account every 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days depending on which payment term you selected. If you do not want to be automatically charged and would rather pay as you go then select PayPal Manual Subscription during checkout.
You can cancel your active subscription any time at the My Account page by clicking Cancel next to the active subscription you want to cancel. Please keep in mind that BFS is not responsible for cancelling any billing agreements you no longer wish to maintain.
You can request a refund by submitting a billing ticket. Read our Terms of Service to learn about our refund policy.
To perform a subscription switch go to the My Account page and click on the Upgrade/Downgrade button. It may seem like you are ordering a new service but as long as you clicked on the Upgrade/Downgrade button you are performing a subscription switch order. Subscriptions must be Active to be eligible for a subscription switch.
We currently do not offer a Clan/Group pay option but this feature is coming. For now we recommend using PayPal to take donations from your community to help pay for service costs.
You can change your payment method by clicking on the Change Payment Method option at the My Account page.

Game Servers

You can order new game server services in our shop.
You can manage your game server using our custom in-house built Overseer Panel 2.0™ control panel.
We use only the latest Intel Xeon processors within the E3-1200, E5-1600 series as well as the Intel Core i7-6700 and i7-7700 processors. These chips coupled with 32-64GB of DDR4 RAM and all SSD drives ensures the utmost performance and reliability for your game service. This hardware is connected to 1,000mbps uplink ports and unlimited Tier 1 backbone level bandwidth.
Yes we have up to 20gbps of DDoS Protection across our entire network. This protection is included free of charge.
Any person you wish to add as a sub-user must be registered on our website before you can add them. Add a new sub-user by inputting their email address into the Sub-User Manager field on the Overseer control panel Dashboard. Sub-users are added per process so you will need to add sub-users to each process if you own multiple services and want a sub-user to have access to more than one process.
We provide 100% FTP access to any and all game server files. You can use the web-based File Manager on your control panel Dashboard and right click files to Edit. You can also use the 3rd party FTP credentials that are given to you in the FTP Information box on the Overseer control panel Dashboard to access FTP via programs such as FileZilla or WinSCP.

Voice Servers

You can order new voice servers here.
TeamSpeak 3 and Mumble voice servers are currently not available on the Overseer Panel. We hope to add voice servers to the control panel in the near future. You currently can do 99% of administrative actions in the TeamSpeak 3 client for TeamSpeak 3 services.
